NEW! SPECIAL SUMMER CLASSES WITH PATRICIA WALDEN IN CAMBRIDGE

Four opportunities to deepen your practice this summer.

• Friday, August 8, 4-7 pm. Cultivating Sattva with Forward Bends. $40. Students must have a minimum of 2 years experience with the Iyengar method.
  
• Saturday, August 9, 1:15 - 5:15 pm. Breaking New Ground: Backbend Class for Dedicated Practitioners. $55. This class is for intermediate/advanced practitioners. Students must be able to do urdhva dhanurasana and viparita dandasana, and have a regular practice of inversions.
  
• Friday, August 15, 4:30 - 6:30 pm. Moving Into Silence: Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dhyana. $27. Students must have at least one year of regular pranayama practice.
  
• Saturday, August 16, 1:30 - 4:30 pm. Hip Openers. $40. Students must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with the Iyengar method.

• Jarvis' Level I (Gentle) class is on hiatus for the summer. It will resume in the Fall.
